1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased on final sale
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email support@bikestreetusa.com or call +1 (209) 316-6707 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the Item: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
