We currently ship our electric bikes and accessories to addresses within the USA and Canada. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping outside of these regions at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.
  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times are estimated from the date of shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location, the shipping method selected, and external factors such as weather conditions and carrier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $500. A flat rate fee applies for orders under $500.
  • Expedited and Overnight Shipping: Costs vary depending on the destination and order size. Exact costs will be calculated at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment via the carrier’s website.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
  • Remote Areas: Delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer and may incur additional shipping fees. You will be notified of any extra charges before your order is processed.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
